Get to the VEHICLE. Then scroll down to VEHICLE and press OK. Scroll down to OIL LIFE RESET. Next, we’re going to scroll towards the bottom to find the OIL LIFE RESET and select it. Press and hold the OK button. Once you’ve already changed your oil we’re going to set it to 100 percent.

The C-Max had a remote start from the dealer, that had long been forgotten about, that evidently exceed its lifespan and that is what caused the start issues all along. Thank you for trying to help and I hope this helps you later down the road if you have another cmax issue lol
